Have a question, found a bug, or just want to tell us something? Email us directly.
We read every message. For the fastest response, include:
- A short description of what happened (or what you'd like to see)
- Your Mac's macOS version, if it's a bug
- Tiune's log file, if you can — see Troubleshooting for where to find it
What to reach out about
- Bugs — anything that doesn't work the way this documentation says it should.
- Feedback — what's working well, what isn't, what you wish Tiune did differently.
- Questions — anything not already answered in the FAQ.
There's no in-app account or ticket system yet — email is the way to reach us for now.
