Insights

The gentle, private observations Tiune shares about how you speak — no scores, no dashboards.

The Insights tab is Tiune quietly noticing patterns in how you dictate, and sharing them with you in plain language. It's not a productivity dashboard, and there's nothing to compete against — just occasional, honest observations.

Getting your first insight

Insights need a little history to say anything meaningful, so you won't see anything here right away. Once you've dictated for a few days, Tiune starts noticing things. Until then, you'll see a simple "still listening" message.

Insights empty state "Still listening... FIRST INSIGHT IN ~3 DAYS."

What kinds of things Tiune notices

  • Your pace — roughly how many words a minute you're speaking, and whether it's changed compared to the week before.
  • Filler words trimmed — how many "um"s and "uh"s Tiune cleaned up for you recently.
  • Vocabulary growth — how many new words you've taught Tiune lately, and how many of those it picked up on its own versus ones you typed in.
  • When you tend to dictate — whether you lean toward mornings, afternoons, or evenings.
  • Milestones — a nice nudge when you cross a round number of total words spoken through Tiune.

Each of these only shows up once there's enough real activity behind it — you won't see a "pace" insight from two dictations, for example.

What this isn't

There are no scores, streaks, or grades here. Tiune isn't measuring you against anything — it's just paying attention and occasionally saying something useful about what it noticed. And like everything else in Tiune, this all happens locally; nothing about your Insights leaves your machine.
