Teams & Enterprise
Tiune for a team — seats on one bill, an admin console that shows counts and never content, and what isn't there yet.
Teams gives everyone on a team Pro, on one bill, with seats you add and remove yourself. Enterprise is the same thing on a signed agreement, priced on your seat count.
macOS today
The Windows app works, but its installer isn't code-signed yet, so a managed Windows fleet may refuse it. If your team is on Windows, talk to us before you buy. The deployment guide has the details.
What a seat gets
Everything in Pro: cloud transcription in 90+ languages, the AI cleanup pass, transformations, sync, and new features a release before Plus.
Teams is $11 a seat a month, or $110 a seat a year, at its launch price. Billed in US dollars.
Starting a team
Start a team from the Mac app, signed in with the account that will own it:
- Open Settings → Account → See plans and choose Start a team.
- Name the team, pick how many seats — you take one of them — and monthly or annual. The price is worked out as you go.
- Continue to payment opens Stripe's checkout in your browser. When the payment goes through, Settings → Account shows your seat on the team.
A team you created but haven't paid for yet shows Buy seats in Settings → Account, so you can finish later. Buying more seats for a team that already pays changes the seat count on the same subscription, prorated — never a second bill.
After that, the team is run from the admin console at tiune.app/admin: buy seats there, invite people, and see usage. Owners and admins sign in with the account that holds their seat.
The admin console
- Seats & billing — how many seats are bought, held, waiting on an invitation, and free. Buy more here.
- Members — invite people by email, as a member or an admin; revoke an invitation; remove someone.
- Usage — the last 30 days, per person, as counts.
Admins see counts, never content. The console shows who holds a seat and how much they used it. It can't show what anyone dictated, and no setting would let it.
Removing someone ends the paid features on their machine the next time it checks in. It doesn't uninstall Tiune or touch anything saved on their device, and the app keeps working on the free plan.
Joining a team
When you're invited, sign in to Tiune with the address the invitation went to. Settings → Account shows Join with the team's name. Accepting moves your account onto the team's plan: the team pays for your seat, and an admin can remove it.
Once you're on a team seat, Settings → Account says who pays for it. Admins get a Manage team button that opens the console.
Signing in
On a Mac or PC, Tiune signs in with Google, Microsoft or Apple. Microsoft covers Entra work accounts and Google covers Google Workspace, so most teams sign in with the work account they already have. On Android, sign-in is Google only.
Where you're writing
To write well for each app, AI cleanup sends a one-word category for the app you're in, and up to 256 characters already in the box, with each dictation. Anyone who'd rather not can turn off Send where you're writing in Settings → Privacy. Cleanup still works; it just doesn't know where the words are going. See Privacy.
Enterprise
Enterprise is always a conversation rather than a checkout: invoicing, a signed agreement, deployment help, and a price set on your total seat count. Email support@tiune.app, or use Let's talk under Enterprise in the app's plans.
Not in 0.3.0
Don't plan a rollout around any of these. None of them exists yet:
- SAML, SCIM, or joining a team automatically by email domain
- Settings pushed to everyone's app from the console
- An MDM profile or a per-machine installer
- An SLA, SOC 2 or HIPAA
If one of these decides whether you can buy, tell us. The deployment guide lists what to allowlist and what to expect on each platform.
